In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, you will receive an email prompting you to reschedule your delivery.
Open the message and simply click on the link to proceed to the rescheduling page.
Once on the rescheduling page, check any of the boxes on the left to change the delivery details. Otherwise, click Next.
Select the date of delivery and click Next.
Review the details for rescheduling and finish by clicking Confirm.
