If your customer is not at the address at the time of delivery, our Ninja Rider will try to call the customer who then may provide a 3 digit verification code to allow us to leave the item at a secure location as instructed by the customer. This will act as the official handover of the delivery.
Should the customer not respond, a notification will be sent to the customer alerting them of the unsuccessful delivery attempt and will prompt them to reschedule their delivery to a more convenient date.
Kindly take note that Ninja Van allows a maximum of 3 attempts before returning the item back to the sender.
Note for Shopee deliveries: As part of our agreement with Shopee, we may only attempt to deliver a maximum of 2 times.
