We are more than happy to assist with requests like this. However, we strongly advise for you to kindly inform your shipper/seller regarding any changes on the address/contact information. The shipper/seller then will inform Ninja Van of the request.
Important Note: We will be unable to change any of the details once your parcel has been routed and out for delivery. To change the address or contact number, we will stop and reschedule the delivery.
Also if your order is from Shopee or Lazada, we will be unable to change any of the details as part of our agreement with them; but we can add landmarks as instruction to our Ninja riders. Further, kindly contact your merchant platform for assistance.
