Delivery time may be extended due to factors such as
(failure of facilities, flood, earthquake, storm, fire, lightning, epidemic, war, riot, civil disturbance or disobedience, labor dispute, etc)
The shipment tracking status may also remain unchanged for a longer period during provincial shipments. We do not use GPS-Tracking, meaning up to a few days may pass between a tracking event at the outbound and the next tracking event at the inbound.
If your shipment has not arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery time, please contact your shipper or online shop.
