As a consignee, you may contact your seller for lost or damaged parcels . We will work closely with your seller to resolve and investigate the incident. It is important to note that only the shipper may file a refund.
In the case of damage, keep all of the packaging materials as they may need to be examined as part of the investigation and refund process. Kindly report damaged parcels as soon as possible.
